Subscription box FAQs:

How often will I get the filaments? We’ll be sending these out starting the 1st of every month. During the initial subscription your credit card will be billed immediately. Subsequent months will be billed 2 weeks prior to shipping. Initial subscriptions will ship the week you place your order.

Is free shipping included with the subscription box? Yes, the shipping is free anywhere in the contiguous United States. 

Can I order more than one filament box per month? We ask that you limit your NuBox subscriptions to one per customer account.
